deLorimier Winery has been practicing sustainable practices for many years. It has been Ken and Diane’s goal to achieve sustainability for the resulting quality wines along with a commitment to the environment for the benefit of future generations.
Our sustainable environmental practices are realized in many forms. Some examples include water conservation, recycling, composting, use of organic growing practices including integrated pest management and encouraging pest control through attracting beneficial insects and raptors in our vineyards. We employ environmentally friendly farming, conservation and utilize best practices to minimize our impact on the environment.
